Upper back pain
Upper back is the back area between the neck and the base of the arch rib.
The pain felt in this area are often described as burning or dull pain, sharp, which can be sometimes accompanied by muscle tension and stiffness.
This problem is often caused by:
• Overuse of muscles, fatigue, stretching or damage to the muscles and ligaments, or spinal discs.

1. Sit your ass on the floor and stretch the legs forward.
2. Grab your thighs with your hands just above the knee and bend your head and neck to navel.
3. Hold exercise for 10 to 15 seconds.
4. Perform three repetitions.
Twisting knee position from lying down
1. Lie on your back with arms and legs extended.
2. Hold arms at your sides and flat on the floor.
3. Bring your right knee toward you and cross it over the left segment of the body.
4. Hold exercise for 20 seconds. Resume movement in the mirror.
Stance "cat"
1. Kneel on the floor with your hands and knees towards the shoulders and hips parallel.
2. Exhale, slightly arch your spine and looks to the ceiling.
3. Inhale and torso muscles tighten while the rounded back like a cat.
4. Hold exercise for 10 seconds.
5. Perform 10 repetitions.
