Android is the most used operating system

As shown in the most recent market survey conducted by the American company Strategy Analitics most used Android operating system is being installed on 87.5% of all smart mobile devices worldwide.

Apple has a share of only 12.1% with iOS platform, which remains exclusive to its models. All other mobile operating systems in the world accumulates thus a market share of about 0.3%.

Google dominates the market for mobile operating systems around the world, almost from the beginning. Being a platform accessible to all producers of mobile terminals worldwide, it was obvious that Android would quickly become the market leader. But how dominate the market for years is incredible. In the third quarter of this year reached the highest market share of the appearance on the market.

Basically, 9 out of 10 smart mobile devices in the world have a version or another of Android on board. According to company data Strategy Analitics at the end of September, the market share of Google was 87.5%, a growing share over the same period last year, when it was 84.1%.

Thus, Android Android is the most used operareul system is authoritarian and unquestionable leader of this market, followed a long way from iOS platform to rival Apple. Currently, all versions of iOS are still available in the market are installed

Windows and BlackBerry have almost disappeared, their odds are so small that they could not be quantified separately and were last in the category "others", ie, together with Firefox OS, with Sailfish, Tizen or other systems tiny operation, which together with Windows and BlackBerry accumulate a little more than 0.3% of the global mobile platforms.
